What you’ll do
Performance marketing strategy & execution
- Develop bina’s user acquisition from SEM-only to a balanced multi-channel acquisition system, reaching product-channel fit
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid acquisition strategies across SEM, paid social, influencer marketing, and other channels
- Continuously experiment with new acquisition tests: hyper-targeting, different strategies by geo, seasonal strategies, promo offerings, etc.
Growth marketing support
- Support of growth marketing/product initiatives: landing page, quiz-based funnels, referral programs, etc.
- Interest/experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, and product growth is highly beneficial
Marketing analytics
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to provide regular updates and actionable insights and ensure effectiveness and efficiency across all channels
- Current tools: Hubspot, GA+Adwords, rick.ai
KPIs
- Top of the funnel growth (users, leads, MQL, SQL)
- CPC, CPL, CAC, etc. — all the standard set of measurements
